Peep is caring and gentle and young at only sixteen. He is very protective of his newsies and is glad to accept anyone into his borough. He has a few dark secrets that he would gladly die before revealing. Including the one where he may or may not be crushing on the Entertainer or Harlem's Drifter. Peep is highly intelligent and a very charismatic person.
The Borough*!
Staten Island is known for being a peaceful refuge for the so called misfits. The borough members are very loyal to each other and very laid back. They have the strongest ties with Brooklyn, due to Peep and Brooklyn's Doll being best friends. If there was ever a war, they would go with Brooklyn automatically. Though not know for their strength or strategicism, they are fearfully loyal and brave in the face of danger.
