"Well, when ya yell in his ear he wakes up pretty fast."
Shakes her head laughing. "That's true." Yell in anyones ear and they get up pretty fast. That's how she used to get her brother Thomas up all the time.Yelling always did the trick. She blinked in surprise at herself, she hadn't thought about her Brother in along time, and she wasn't going to start now. Shaking her head again she smiled as she looked over at Doll as the girl spoke.
"Yeah, I guess I'm too stubborn,"..."Sure. I'd love ta go to O'Brady's,"
"Yeah ya are." She said with a snort and a roll of her eyes. "Then come on drinks are on me." Taking her hat from her pocket again she shoved it on her head and pushed Doll towards the exit of the Bridge, it wouldn't take them long to get to the bar. Laughing she nudged Doll with her hip again. Soon Muse saw the door to O'Brady's and she swung it open. "Not that crowded today," She muttered as she move towards a table. "Pick yer poison."

"Not that crowded today,"...."Pick yer poison."
"Let's see, what poison there is to choose from then," Doll muttered in reply, "D**n your right the joint definitely ain't crowded...." picking a table, she motioned for Muse to sit down, and sat down herself, swinging her legs up on the table and putting her hat back on. She liked the atmosphere at O'Brady's, especially when it wasn't crowded. Maybe it was the fact that it always had people that made her feel better. That, and O'Brady's just seemed to be the Brook's Tibby's.
Looking over at a game of pool, Doll watched as one of them started losing pretty badly. The guy was obviously being hustled, probably a newbie to the pool players of O'Brady's. That's why she only played with other newsies. Because you knew you actually had a chance of getting your money back, one way or another, you could get it back, no matter what. Especially if you could rough up the newsie who took it. Then you definitely could get not only your money back, but either a free drink or more money. Whatever suit your taste.

Muse took the seat on the other side of the table and leaned back in her chair. She loved O'Brady's there is just something about this place that set her at ease and made her really excited. Maybe it was the alcohol or maybe it was the constant threat of a bar fight breaking out, whatever it was she loved it. Looking over at the bartender she smiled a flirty little smile. "I'll just have a beer." Looking over at Doll she laughed. "What are ya lookin' at?" Follows Doll's gaze to the poor idiot whose losing at pool and shakes her head with a laugh.
"Ladies!"..."Mind if i join you?"
Brings her gaze away from the pool table quickly and smiles at the boy. "Bandit!" Laughing she pointed to an empty chair, "I don't mind. Get a drink I'm buyin'." Leaning back she takes the beer she ordered from the bartender and blinks in surprise when Spot plops down next to Doll.
"Whatever's cold and cheap."..."Hey."
"Heya Spot," Smiles and takes a swig of her beer, watching the poor sucker loose at pool, shaking her head a bit. "If people don't know how ta play they really shouldn't." Taking another drink she puts the bottle on the table looking at Doll with a teasing gaze. "Ya goin' ta get somethin' or sit there?"

"What are ya lookin' at?"
"Pool game," she replied simply, and sure enough, the guy lost his money. It wasn't that hard to call it out, really, besides, the guys were hustlers. Doll wouldn't even be surprised if one of them was a loan shark.
"Ladies!"..."Mind if i join you?"
"Whatever's cold and cheap."..."Hey."
"Ya goin' ta get somethin' or sit there?"
"Hey Spot," she smiled at him, and stuck her tongue out at Muse playfully, "I am I am dont get your panties in a bunch," she turned to the waiter and said, "I'll have what their havin'." When he came back with the beer she popped it open and drank some, "Some day huh? It's been rather... hectic." She looked back at the pool tables, but then back at the others.
"Anyone up for a game of pool?" she asked, taking a swig of the beer. Doll was always up for a good game of pool, so at least one of them had to want to play. That, and it had been a pretty long time from when she last played. Humming to the music, she taped her fingers along to the song. It was good, pretty catchy too.
